Registration is now OPEN for the 2024 Harold Butt Memorial Tournament.  It is May 31 through June 2nd (Friday-Sunday) . It has been a pleasure to host families last year and we're hoping you will be able to join us once again this year.

The tournament is held for age groups u8-u14 and is a sanctioned USSSA Tournament and eligible State Tournament Qualifier. All payments are done online through the USSSA website. The actual cost of the tournament is $350. (FYI - The additional $15 making total cost of $365 is the online transaction fee - the Harold Butt Tournament does not receive these additional funds)

Additionally, we heard a great deal of feedback from many of you asking about the possibility of just having "Pay at the Plate" with regard to umpires. We took your feedback into consideration for this year's tournament and are giving it a try. 

The costs to enter your team for the tournament are as follows: 

U8 - U10  $365: 3 game guarantee (Gold and Silver Bracket depending on number of teams)

U11-U14: $365 - 3 Game Guarantee (We typically average 8-20 teams for most of these age groups and WILL have both a Gold and Silver Bracket)

1st & 2nd Place Teams receive a Team Trophy as well as individual awards (Rings for Champions & Runners UP)

Approximate Umpire Costs will be the following (subject to change due to overall umpire shortage in Ohio): 

U8 - 1 umpire: $60/game ($30 for each team)

U9/U10 - 1 umpire: $80/game ($40 for each team)

U11-U13 -2 umpires $120/game ($60 for each team)

U14 - 2 umpires $130/game ($65 for each team)

There are No Parking Fees or Gate Fees and full concessions are available!!!!!
